Mr. Anil Kumar is Managing Director of Nexsquare Design Consultants Pvt Ltd., with more than 29+ Year’s of experience and expertise in providing engineering design consultancy services for structures of the various projects not limiting to Multi-storied, Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Malls, Hospitals, Industrial and Institutions etc.

Also is involved in the Business Development of the company and management of major contracts.

Mr. Anil Kumar joined M/s. Potential Service Consultants and later served Design Tree Consultants as Regional Director. During his tenure, he worked for numerous projects. He has excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Thorough knowledge of market changes. Inclusive hands on experience helps in coordination with Architects, Developers & Builders. Manages the day-to-day operations of the company as well as staying on top of managing all our site development projects.

Mr. Eswaramoorthy. V is a COO of NexQ Project & Quality Management Services, with more than 17+ Year’s of experience and expertise in providing Quality management services for Structures, Finishes & MEPF for various projects like High rise building (Residential & commercial), industrial and Institutions etc.

Mr. Eswaramoorthy. V joined a few organizations and later served as QA/QC team lead for Designtree consultants. In those periods he worked on numerous projects to improve the project quality, and construction standards, recommending the latest technology to improve the quality, and work speed and implementing ITP & WMS for various works. He has excellent knowledge of retrofitting and shoring technology.
